By accessing or using the services of HappyLocksmithMan ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
HappyLocksmithMan provides professional mobile locksmith services including but not limited to:
- Emergency lockout services (residential, commercial, automotive)
- Lock repair, replacement, and installation
- Lock rekeying services
- Key cutting and duplication
- Commercial security solutions
Our services are available 24/7 in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Calgary, and Edmonton.
3. Service Availability
While we strive to provide services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we cannot guarantee availability at all times. Factors such as weather, traffic, and service demand may affect our response times and availability.
Estimated response times (e.g., 15-30 minutes) are approximate and not guaranteed. Actual response times may vary based on location, traffic conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
4. Pricing and Payment
We provide upfront pricing quotes for our services whenever possible. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

- We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made
- Prices are subject to change without notice
5. Service Limitations
Please note the following service limitations:
- Certain automotive key replacement and ignition services may not be available in all service areas (specifically in Calgary and Edmonton)
- We provide emergency car lockouts only in certain locations, as noted on our service pages
- We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine it may be unsafe, illegal, or against our policies
6. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your location and service needs
- Ensure safe access to the service location
- Be present (or have authorized representative present) during service
- Provide proof of ownership or authorization for the property/lock being serviced
- Pay for services rendered as agreed
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. However, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:
- The availability or uninterrupted operation of our services
- The compatibility of our services with all lock types or security systems
- The outcome or results of any service performed
We are not liable for any damage to locks, doors, or property that may occur during the course of providing our services, unless such damage is directly caused by our negligence.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HappyLocksmithMan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HappyLocksmithMan, its employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms of Service.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of HappyLocksmithMan or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the provinces in which we operate (Ontario and Alberta), without regard to conflict of law provisions.
